Jackson is one of my best dogs, he normaly runs in the back. But sometime I'll put him in lead. He is such a hard worker! He is full of charachter to, he still acts like a puppy. Jackson came from Hans Gatt's blood lines in 2003.

Crief is on of my favorites I think he's the hansome dog in the yard. He runs in the back of the team mostly. Him and his brother Laird are best buds. They always cuddle next to each other. It's so cute!!

Laird is my biggest dog, he is a very hard worker. I tought him to give me hugs so when he jumps on his house he puts his neck and arms around me!! He's such a nice fellow! Laird is the brother to Creif, Skye and Abby.

Tango has been with me for many years,  he is a great team dog.  He looks a bit sad in this photo but he is a very happy fellow.  He has been able to make the transition from a sprint dog to a distance dog.

Tigger is very shy, he loves his alpha leader, me, but is very wary of anyone else.  He is new to Baskerville Kennels and so far is working well, Tiger is a lead dog and  is doing a ver good job so far this year I really like him alot. He's really just a big suck up!!

Red is new to Baskerville Kennels but not new to the Yukon Quest trail, he has completed the Yukon Quest once before. I hope his veteran experiance will aid the team down, up, and over the trail this winter.  He his an attractive dog but has short hair due to the fact he is 1/8 hound.  He will need special attention during the really cold days and nights out on the trail.  One of my Mums special made dog coats will help him stay toasty warm.  His ear in this picture is the way he looks all the time, adds to his looks and special smilling face don't you think?

Freddy is another dog from the Hans Gatt Kennel,  I purchased him from Hans two and a half years ago.  Two years ago during the Percy DeWolfe races in Dawson City Yukon, the team passed Hans team coming home.  This was no big deal as Hans was finishing  the longer 220 mile race and my team was doing a 120 mile race.  Still Hans was surprised to see Fred run the pace that the rest of the team was doing that day.  I think for a moment later when Hans realized Fred was in the team he was sorry he had sold Freddy to me.  He is a good dog he has completed the 1000 mile Yukon Quest before but I sometimes let him get the best of me.  He can be very frustrating some days, the way he treats his team mates.  He can be rather grouchy is the best way to describe his character.  We have enjoyed having Fred in the Kennel though and he is one of my Mom's favorite dogs. I will be training him this winter for the big race but I suspect he may be surpassed by a younger dog.  He is a sweety and is kind of cute in his own way.
